1. Napanee Superior Court of Justice Location & Hours

The 97 Thomas Street East courthouse has courtrooms to hear Family, Cvil and Criminal Superior Court of Justice matters. However, all Superior Court of Justice administrative offices are located at the second courthouse at 41 Dundas Street West, where courtrooms and offices for the Ontario Court of Justice (provincial court) lower level criminal matters plus Small Claims Court are located. 

It's a strange setup having courtrooms in one building, and offices in another building, as filing documents with the court is as fundamental as appearing in court, but seems driven by the tight space availability on the older historic 97 Thomas Street courthouse. 

Courthouse hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m..

2. Napanee Ontario Court of Justice and Provincial Offences Court Location & Hours

The Ontario Court of Justice and Napanee Provincial Offences Court are both located at 41 Dundas Street West. Provincial Offences office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 p.m.
